Outside of schools: adults should mask with N95 (so that they don't get it and don't spread it to children), workplaces should be better ventilated, people should be more mindful in general and eg try to avoid overcrowded restaurants, and other common-sense mitigation measures
And there is exactly zero scientific evidence that this kind of actions improved the handling of covid.
Actually, it's very simple to prove the opposite checking the outcome of various areas in the world where those measures has not been applied, in particular the very very dumb of masking: their covid situation is much better.
As per your second point: look, you can find lot of countries that don't use winter jackets and whose citizens don't feel cold, but that doesn't mean that winter jackets don't work.
1) please link the study so we can assess its quality and how reviewed it has been: linking some random magazine has no scientific merit
2) our goal is not limiting the spreading of the virus since it's unavoidable, but limiting the overall damage it does. Covid is mainly problematic for the elderly, and the more it spreads amongst children the faster we have real herd immunity that can protect the elder people. (The immunity is real only if they get the real virus, not the fake vaccine one).
3) Nobody ever suggested that jackets don't work because it's quite evident for everyone, even for people that doesn't want to wear it.
Instead there is plenty of evidence that masks are not only not useful, but can even be harmful.
The only way to understand something about them is doing comparative studies on population with different policies and we have _plenty_ of evidence that in the USA states with very different policies (e.g. California vs Florida) had better outcome for the unmasked.
In Europe we have the incredible evidence of Switzerland where mask were never mandatory, they never restricted any kind of activities for the kids, and no vaccine mandates were made.
So, instead of linking a news article that talks about a random study not peer-reviewed, without even linking it, i.e. pure propaganda for socials, you should just get out and check the real world.
It’s all just re-arranging re-assigning re-calculation to show whoever you want it to show. What’s your point??
My point is that COVID is more dangerous than the flu for children.
People have been told it's the opposite, and it was a lie, and that might mislead them on what actions to take
And what actions should they take?
At school: improve ventilation, testing
Outside of schools: adults should mask with N95 (so that they don't get it and don't spread it to children), workplaces should be better ventilated, people should be more mindful in general and eg try to avoid overcrowded restaurants, and other common-sense mitigation measures

It may surprise you.
Since covid essentially replaced influenza—or at least this is what we were told—why is this noteworthy?
Here is probably a better comparison (I'll add it to the post above)
2018-19, flu deaths, 0-4 yo: 68
2019-20, flu deaths, 0-4 yo: 87
2021-22, COVID deaths, 1-4 yo: 123
As you can see, COVID kills more children than flu.
